At Wolfhaven in Tenino, WA, they rehabilitate injured wolves, but don’t want them getting too comfortable around humans, so they make sure the wolves get plenty of trombone time. Humans + trombone = go elsewhere, even if they do provide snacks. (The wolves you can see are ones that can never be released. They are often former pets and have no outdoor skills.)

How does that work ? Won’t the sound be almost completely destroyed by the glass window ?
This is just about the most awesome thing I’ve ever heard of. I was trying to learn more but I haven’t found a reference to it on their site or one of the associated blogs I read through. Do you happen to have a link?
