I have no affiliation other than being a customer, but Hanson Wholesale has the most exhaustive technical reviews of fans I’ve ever seen. A million times better than Amazon. Also, do check out the Minka Aire Simple fan. I’m ummm… a fan of this amazing fan.

I wonder if this would have saved me from buying a fan that relied almost exclusively on a remote, despite being wired into two wall switches, and made annoying beeping noises.

I’m genuinely surprised more ceiling fans aren’t designed to look like airplane noses & propellers like this one: https://smile.amazon.com/Craftmade-Ceiling-WB348TS-Warplane-48-Inch/dp/B0000CBJQR?sa-no-redirect=1

black square is STOP. Refer to your cassette player.

I prefer Vornado circulation fans - you can move them from room to room and put them away when not needed, Annnnnd no dusting ceiling fan blades.

Are… Are we doing the “I see what you did there” gif thing, because I could go look one up, but I think an “exhaustive” search is going to land me on some sites I don’t want to be on at the moment.

He certainly needs to review a Haiku, from Big Ass Fans, as well as their other BIG ASS offerings.
