Are we sure that isn’t George Santos? I’m just saying it could be Santos…

But seriously, my sympathies for all the patients she harmed in those 20+ years.

To be fair, I have never had any kind of certificate for my degree, and I’ve never been asked for any proof during job interviews either.
(I assume I could get a certificate from my old university somehow)

Note that she wasn’t caught because of any difference in her proficiency, or the outcomes for her patients, compared to other psychiatrists. So, if the fake psychiatrist is equally effective or ineffective as the qualified ones, where’s the real problem?

A friend of mine told me this, her father was a psychiatrist.

Psychatrists tend to fall into two groups. The first are the doctors who barely qualified, and are about as bad as you would expect. The second are the doctors who also have mental health problems, or have friends/family with mental health problems. They tend to be far better but they have to deal with their own issues as well as their patients. It is obviously not a good thing if your psych (CW) tries to kill themself or is a drug addict.

I’d guess this fake doctor is in the first group.
