to get some cash. who are we kidding…

american “liable culture” suing isn’t and doesn’t work to prevent future incidents, those sorts of decoupled negative incentives do not translate out that way. they are supposed to be a restoration for losses, but now are exploited for any wrong as a golden ticket lottery system of the maligned.

You don’t sue McDonalds for the hot coffee in your lap for the benefit of all future human beings drinking coffee, smdh, we don’t have buddhist courts, lol. We just word it that way to not address the broken system most people secretly hope to cash in on. :unamused:
