The (live-action) TV show Titans, which is pretty decent, has Krypto the Superdog in it!!!
Well, technically, he IS outside.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if your stars are CGI, it’s not live action.
Batman movies and Marvel movies get stuffed full of obscure and/or weird villains, but for some reason, the people who make Superman movies think Supes’ only foes are Lex Luthor and General Zod.
The same problem (bug or feature?) holds for the winged monkeys of the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz. Most of them are fighters, but are any of them trained as bombers? away!
Krypto’s a good boy.
This is the one that scares the hell out of me:
I bet he can fling pooh for miles.
Super Poo!
I suggest we call him Mister Beppo, leave him the bananas and back away.
Aaahhhh! No, thank you!
Except Superman III which has a Lex Luthor substitute. But most people like to forget that film exists. (Not me, I loved Annette O’Toole’s Lana Lang)
I love the little “wuff” at the end of that video.
Once they cut back on the too-edgy-for-school tone; I rather enjoyed “Titans”. Jason Todd was really well contrasted with Dick Greyson. Iain Glen made a great Batman, too.
Its current season is probably the best its had so far. Pretty focused storywise and most importantly giving Superboy something to do and a little depth.
