I haven’t watched the documentary. But from this, it seems perhaps creepy/disconcerting but not wrong. Unless there are safety or pollution issues with making these, who are these hurting? Aspirin overdoses are more wrong.

Channel 4 ‘upgraded’ their streaming technology recently, with the result that it doesn’t work on, for example (my bitter, bitter example), older systems. Why they did this when the BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and Netflix continues to stream to my old gear without any problems, is beyond me, but presumably made some kind of sense to C4’s programmers.

That doesn’t make sense.
I don’t understand it, and I can’t see any harm in it, so I feel ill-equipped to judge it. I would like to know why and how you decide to judge it. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for an explanation of why and how this is wrong.
