Well, if I remember Florida weather right, a fan at all times would be down right nice. Wearing a suit is probably a very sweaty affair.
Some people sweat easily. A fan blowing upwards can really help them.
I’m not going to make fun of someone for being physically different from the norm and that’s what this looks like to an outsider.
