There’s absolutely no mention of a shooting in the linked press release. I can’t imagine where shot in the head came from.

A long story published before the trial that focuses on the renovation thing.
Might appeal to the same audience that watches these home renovation shows-- i.e people imprisoned in waiting rooms.
