Sometimes I have it, but I can never remember 24-7. Is is 411? 420? 999? 0?
Ironically, in several trials, not shooting to kill has gotten people into trouble. The argument is if you shoot to wound or even warn the threat wasn’t so bad to warrant shooting in the first place.
From a legal stand point, and from a defense stand point, if you shoot you shoot to kill. That is what cops are trained to do as well.

Except, if a police officer misses his target and shoots someone else when he intended to shoot you, it’s your fault.
