It’s definitely not the case in California. Myth Busters had to jump through all sorts of regulatory hoops to make one for the show, stuff regular folks cannot do.

Not gonna lie — I was expecting a lame Boring Co kind of thing. While this is still far from an actual weapon-of-war flamethrower, it’s surprisingly…flamey. That’s some decent range. And something this individual clearly should not own.
