Well, Florida Man, I must say, I didn’t expect this, and am pleasantly surprised.
The Dutch have been pumping with windmills for centuries and reclaiming land. Much of the Netherlands are below sea level, though the ground isn’t porous rock as in Florida. Still rather than moving away, one of the things the Dutch are experimenting with is floating houses.
