Who cares who was president at the time? It’s Biden’s fault now. 
Remember how Obama was weak on terror compared to Bush Jr., under whom there were no terrorist attacks on America? Or heck, even how Democrats are bad for the deficit.

I mean in the Trumps 2020 ads, they showed news clips of civil unrest blaming Biden - when they were all clips while he was president.
It’s all made up BS and lies. It doesn’t matter to the spoon fed believers, they will eat up that stuff.

And the funny thing is, he kind of did. The Obama administration put together a pandemic plan after Ebola outbreaks in 2015, which Trump ignored when COVID hit.
