This is Wonderful! My community already has a ton of little free libraries, I think I’m going to make some of these signs and put them up at some local fishing spots.

This is a great idea. I’ve already done a number of online fly-swaps, where an organizer decides on a theme and then a dozen fly tyers tie up a dozen of their favorite fly for the theme, which get distributed to the group, one of each type. This is even better, since it’s entirely local.
