Boston/Worcester - decent
Providence - all concentrated @ brown
NY - thriving
Connecticut - dead
NH - thriving

Connecticut started having good parties at least semi-regularly by the mid-90s, though. My very first rave was in an old super market in Hartford. I think that was 94 or 95. Fun times ever since!
