What is that thing on top of his head? Is it some kind of ridiculous hat? Or was he being attacked by an animal when the picture was taken? Like a feral muskrat?
I hope he never abuses me sexually, but if he does, I hope he doesn’t have that thing on his head. It would make the experience even more degrading and disgusting.

A bit less outrageous IMO if you rephrase it as “man charged with two misdemeanors and a noncriminal violation pleads guilty to a noncriminal violation and gets no jail time”. The specific charge of sexual abuse was in the third-degree, making it a class B misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and $500 in fines.

I’m not sure what third-degree SA is and as I’m at work, I’m not going to click through to the definition now, but based on my own experiences, … Not every person who has grabbed my ass without consent belongs in jail. (One got fired, and that was enough).
If the victim is satisfied with the guilty plea and public humiliation, that’s good enough for me. His name and offense are public. If he repeat offends, he’ll be in a lot of trouble. If he’s already a serial offender, other victims will be able to come forward with confidence.
