Weren’t secret treaties widely held to be a primary cause of World War I?

Those were treaties that weren’t just secretly negotiated, but were still secret and binding after they were agreed upon.

…who gains and who loses is very much dependent on what exactly are the details of the agreement.

It’s a sure bet that the ones who aren’t in on the deal will be the ones to lose.

I think we just need proof that this deal won’t mean Americans losing the right to bear arms, wide open borders, mandatory gay marriage, welfare for everybody, and socialized health care.

If we can’t see the text, how can we be sure?

Two things:

  1. I’ve seen every episode of the original series, and all the movies, and never realized that the IMF made use of economists, and
  2. Gotta respect this guy for speaking out, knowing full well that the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of his actions.
