Was it take your toddler to work day?
I’m fairly certain I’m not the only one surprised to learn this didn’t happen in Florida.
Smart, avoid any legal jeopardy by having your tyke commit the felony.
Depends on whether the child labour laws in the state allow four-year-olds like Ammosexual Junior to work (probably).
That’s Murica for ya.
“An armed society is a polite society.” —Fucking Morons
Ever since they’ve had the poor drive-thru cashiers count one customer’s change while also taking the next customer’s order, I’ve just rolled with any McD’s meal screwup. Completely unfair to the employees.
Well, there’s a dad trying to get his kids killed. (Even if he was assuming cops never, ever shoot at children - which is demonstrably not true - he gave a small child a loaded gun.)
It’s a quintessentially American story - toxic gun-loving dysfunction unites all the states.
What they really mean is: “People will be ‘polite’ to me when I’ve got a gun in their face.”
What a poor, brave, kid with a terrible, terrible father. This trauma is going to stay with both of those kids for the rest of their lives - in addition to the pain of (hopefully? I don’t know, this is complicated) growing up without their dad.
“During the course of the investigation, police said they learned that the father had instructed the child to fire at police.”
This makes me incredibly angry and sad at the same time. I hope those kids get placed in a better home.”
I hear they are not too bright in Midvale…
Wow good thing they weren’t black or the whole family would be dead
Yeah I can’t imagine Black parents teaching their children to shoot at cops
He got confused. It’s Burger King where you get to have it your way. At McDonald’s, you’re just supposed to be loving it.
“You deserve a prison break today.”
I’m torn here. On the one hand, it’s clear this mope of a father allowed his two toddlers to have access to loaded weapons. No question there! On the other, cops are lying liars that lie, so any information coming from them is suspect, at best. It’s just possible that there’s more than one “bad guy” in this story.
Fast food, children with guns, and police, I can’t think of anything more American right now.
