They claim shows like Carlson, Hannity, and Piro are entertainment while their news reporting is news. Where they are going to run into problems is in the Dominion lawsuit, where there is evidence that they maintained the editorial stance that T**** won the 2020 election in both areas.
Some possible outcomes include revamp of their programming, such as removing the “News” from the channel’s name, requiring independent editorial control of their newsroom, or even splitting the news channel from the rest of their programming.

And rush someone holding said cup through the drive through and then sick attack lawyers on her when she simply asked them to pay her expensive hospital bills for skin grafts to treat 3rd degree burns to her groin area. Yeah, exactly that evil.
