You know who would make a better Tonight Show host than Jimmy Fallon? Fred Armisen.

Also, Fred should have done a little of early 80s hardcore punk too.

Bless you, good mutant. And yes, Fred over Fallon any day of the week…

His New York accents are amazing:

After guitar styles, he should do bass styles next.

My Dear Wife and I, both from the East Coast, do this religiously when we have Happy Hour. I damn near piss my pants laughing every time, she’s got the tuff Brooklyn girl accent down real good, and I do a hell’a good New Jersey add an [s] to the end of every word accent. Life is good.

Two comics in the same room. One is a comic genius and the other is just a clown.

Armison rocks! One of the most talented and funny men alive.

This bit would be so much better without Fallon interrupting.

Clowns have an act, a presence, a show.
Fallon just… laughs?

I don’t think this is Armison’s best stuff either, just brining a couple of party tricks to Fallon’s PR opportunity.

Definitely missing some good non-ska 90s punk.

i love how Fred can take advantage of his unassuming nerdy vibe like this for maximum effect. brilliant. now i’m 100% positive that somewhere there’s a lost recording of Lou Reed singing about walking down the boulevard with a flower.

I’d love to see Fred cover The Ostrich!

The article is wrong. He’s Jimmy Fallon, not Jimmy Kimmel.
