“needs to be available 24/7”

Come on, how fast does his hair grow? Can you imagine an emergency hair cut at 3 AM, and the conversation. My hair was fine at 7 PM, but as 11 PM was approaching, it was getting bad, and I knew by midnight, this couldn’t wait till morning

It might be cheaper to train a normal worker with said security clearance to cut people’s hair.

Some perspective: the original meaning of French Haircut concerns the 56% of earnings that independent contractors have to pay the govt every month to keep the safety net running. The safety net is a good thing, but what outsiders don’t always get is that of the 132K$ that this guy is ‘paid’, maybe 60K$ is left. And he pays income taxes on that.

Having said that, it is a juicy story.

I’d be happy to give him my guy’s number. He’s aces at keeping secrets…

Yeah, but that means you have to share your barbers with everyone else. Ick!
