The downside of the tool is that it appears to have the outlines of nations, but not other regions which you might be interested in. No states or provinces, no geographically contiguous regions, no continents (except for Australia and Antarctica, of course).

I’m afraid that without some improvements, this tool won’t be able to give you the island of Ireland until the reunification happens.

It just seems to be vary lazily designed. It seems Ireland is crudely represented by a polygon with 12 sides. Other countries get fairer treatment.
