And I’m also not laughing because this is a long, hilarious list of towns with no electricity, which probably also means no reliable water, no healthcare, no education, and no prospects. Desperate people always need an “other” to pick on - otherwise they’re rock bottom. It’d be good if we could help people be less desperate.
