The planet’s surface is already 3/4 water. Why does anyone feel the need to do this?
Hopefully those fish are destined to become the piscine companions of some very happy mutants.
Having lived in Asia a couple of years I can say that the entrepreneurial spirit is strong there, and can be a wonderful thing when exercised at a grassroots level.

I learned from the Top Gear Vietnam special that cars are heavily taxed so everyone uses motorcycles for everything.

I’m pretty sure I recall seeing somebody on a bike carrying goldfish in that episode.
