That was one of the main ways corporations took advantage of their tax rebates under Trump, rather than, say, create new jobs. Absolutely, that’s a no-brainer to throw a special tax on.

This is not good news because she is British/Canadian/Romanian/Chinese, it’s good news because she was the underdog that only the most optimistic tennis fan would have expected to win at the start of the tournament. Emma had bought an early ticket home in case she didn’t make it through the qualifiers. No qualifier had ever won any grand slam tournament before she did.

She won’t be an underdog anymore though, she has just jumped up the world rankings from 150th place to around 23rd.
