But no - the outcome of this vote was known last week. First when Manchin said he’s vote for her - Harris being the tie breaker. Then easily when Collins et all came on board.

I do hope this is only as part of an observed program. Fentanyl is notoriously difficult to dose properly and even anesthesiologists have to actively monitor patients under Fentanyl. Just handing over doses without monitoring is a scary prospect.
