No. The head and subhead suggest it’s not “good” news. I for one appreciate a bit of explanation in such a case, and in such a context (that is, the thread it’s being posted in), from the person here who suggests it. “The Penguins will likely be OK” doesnt help me in that regard.

Evidently this iceberg was so large that there was a danger that it would crush a large eco-system with seals and penguins. That danger has passed.
