So another challenge for republicans in their race to become the most disgusting collective of nazis currently in action. There are so many ways to play the irrational sore loser game. It must be hard for them to decide how to demonstrate their contempt for democracy and the people who stand against them.

They tried to disqualify him, but a state judge declared it unconstitutional to do that. Doesn’t sound like the ruling got appealed. It’s a small district - the winning candidate only got around 5300 votes.

One would think the Democrats could leverage the increasingly open criminality and violence of the Republican party in their campaign ads, or just as a way of discrediting their opponents in general. But I guarantee that as soon as the brief news coverage of this fades, it will never be so much as whispered of ever again.

All accepted grudgingly, while he continues his court fight to be installed as the state Rep, because he really really wanted to not lose, and he shouldn’t be the loser just because he got a third of the votes of his opponent.
