Yeah itās all fine for some of you guys, but heās the ponytail-and-beard programmer type. He certainly washes it, but if he can run his fingers through it enough to get it in a ponytail, heās good on the brushing.

My recommendation is to stay out of shops that charge $125 for a brush and a bottle of snake oil!
Back when my beard was long and inclined to stiff bushiness I found that using conditioner on it in the shower would gentle it down, and a hard rubber comb of the 25 cent variety was useful for keeping out food and sparrows. I would never put a pomade on my beard - too Tammy Faye Bakker.
I think I stated earlier that MrsTobinL would quit giving me smooches and add it to the divorce complaint if I grew out the facial hair.
Coconut oil. Blend it with almond oil and a little scent if you want something extra.

Any recommendations on a good styling product for curly/wavy hair that frizzes out? Iād prefer something available at drugstores and relatively cheap, if possible. I like to put in product (mousse or gel) and let it air dry but nothingās working lately. And I tried a couple of products that reviewed well on the Web (Tresemmeās Climate Control mousse was one) to no avail.

Depending on the demographics where you live, Target sometimes carries Miss Jessieās products. Theyāre better for thicker/coarser curls, but Iāve used them on my very fine 2C/3A curls sparingly.
Pure Moroccan Argan Oil is usually available at the grocery store in a little spray bottle.
My current product of choice is this product with a ridiculous name.
Of course the best thing is to let it air-dry without touching it, but in Seattle that means my hair wouldnāt be dry until at least lunchtime.
