This is interesting on many fronts. But also in light of Hong Kong Chief Executive CY Leung raising the issue this week (again) of foreign forces working behind the scenes of Occupy Central. Like Mainland officials, I’m not sure CY is committed to the “Rule of Law” that’s in any significant way related to its real meaning.
