I’ve got to say it. So Mike Brady is an architect, and he crams six kids into two rooms? (Okay, yes, later Greg later moves into the attic.) You’d think he’d plan a bit better.
There were five of us (two girls and three boys) living in two different three bedroom houses during the sixties and seventies. At one point, we had college student who shared my brothers’ rooms with them.
The first house was really cramped, so my parents had considered having a house built with an extra room for my eldest brother/visitors. The architect talked them out of it and told my parents that we should share rooms, which would help us bond. They listened to that architect and to this day, I always wondered if Mike Brady (and his pearls of wisdom) and our architect were the same person.
What do you think they’d pay for a good condition [reads tag] “Mike Lookinland”?
Nah - two bedrooms, 3 boys, no big deal.
Remember - they were four men, living all together, yet they were all alone.
