Being on the proper side of evil is definitely metal. Cool band name too.
Assholes always out themselves, huh?
Why would anyone think this was a good idea? “Hey, let’s feature that racist murderer who has nothing to do with music whatsoever and nobody outside of a Trump rally wants to see anywhere but behind bars. That’ll REALLY get butts in seats!” The only explanation is that whoever is in charge decided that “owning the libs” was worth immolating their entire event and wasting all the time and effort they and everyone else involved had invested thus far. Just absolutely unreal.
Re: Rittenhouse
The other explanation I can think is that booking a far right “celebrity” causes everyone else to be disgusted, so the organisers claim mock outrage and that the libs are against supporting vets with PTSD.
Compare that with the far right’s obsession with paedophilia that never extends to their own group. Any refusal to associate with their creeps gets turned into false accusations of child abuse.
Everything is a game to these sick fuckers.
I’m sure you’ll be shocked to learn that the hosts of the podcast that are organizing the event are both cops.
Edit:
10/3/2024: The boys recap on the Shell Shock II drama, being a target of Antifa, the hurricane cover up in NC, and much more!!
So they are boasting of being a target of anti-fascists. Fascinating.
As they say.
Boys, not men.
We really do need that Puke Emoji.
It couldn’t hurt.
In an alternate universe (that is to say, the one seen in almost every television, cinema and literature portrayal of law enforcement) cops would be the ones most against rewarding and promoting a vigilante killer, regardless of the way the judiciary gave him a free pass. It’s frustrating how most of society seems to have a very clear common ideal of what we want police to be, while they continue to actually be the complete opposite.

I get the feeling the event was a scam. That the proceeds were going to be pocketed rather than given to charity.
Right winger charities are always suspect.
Cops always looked the other way or actively participated in right wing vigilante violence. Especially against minorities and left wing protesters.
Yeah. The grim glee the right take in undermining the law by selectively and excessively applying its force on those seeking a better and fairer world is endlessly frustrating.
That they steal some of that valour for themselves, as Musk did when his rioters in England faced some consequences for their violent hate crimes, just after people got five years for being on a Zoom call discussing blocking a road as a protest against the destruction of the environment, well that’s the sick making icing on that shit cake.
Their new definition of “liberal woke cancellation mob” is people who don’t actively support them.
And now, you are spoiling it.
Oh?
Stocking up on cans of Pork n Beans, are ya?
Looks to me like you jackasses did just fine, all by yourselves.
But it’s always Someone Else’s Fault, isn’t it.
Sure, buddy…
Yeah, but you chose to invite that evil fuckwit, so it was you who chose to make it about ideology.
You fuckers aren’t the victims, you’re the perps.
No doubt a healthy contigent of their target audience would be there to recruit people that attend the event just for the music.
is not something to be cherished. FFS!
Not surprising, considering the source.
