Very possibly not. I imagine sick and tired of these pronouns does know, though, that they are something some people choose. And that’s what the right wing is against, people making choices for themselves instead of miserably accepting whatever power forces on them. So clearly talking about them is dangerous.

And yes, churches shouldn’t be directly endorsing/condemning specific candidates, but crack down on those mega-church frauds first.

It’s entirely possible that Ukraine’s discovery that ‘get woke; deliver shockingly effective resistance to those who think themselves your betters’ has not increased enthusiasm among reactionaries for those they consider their inferiors getting woke…
