Having now experienced a heart attack personally…I think MOST people are likely to die of a second heart attack because ITS THE SECOND ONE! the first one was a warning, the second is your clear lack of action to prevent the second one. And more than likely you are fucked.

The guy was always raging, with beads of sweat on his quivering upper lip every time I saw him on TV.
