I assume the “Wash Hands” signs in the employees’ rest rooms have been removed.
I guess we can assume bacteria from the hands, unless anyone has been tea-bagging the drink.
Can also be expanded to restrooms for public use.
This is disgusting, but a lot of the breweries releasing sour ales and the like aren’t much better. There’s a deep and widespread misconception that endogenous microorganisms = filth.
