The Committee voted to hold Barr in contempt of Congress.

The vote was 24-16, along party lines.

Those 16 that voted against, should resign, like yesterday.

PS. Just so you know how important it is to vote in the next General US Election…

Ooh, ooh, I know this one!
It’s the answer to “What do you call a bus load of lawyers Republicans that went over a cliff?”

Civil or criminal contempt?

You would think the Dems would be way more focused on winning the Senate back, at least as much as winning the presidency. If trump delays everything and manages to win in 2020 the dems are going to need the senate.

If he were a government whistleblower, he’d already be in jail. But I guess he’s kinda the opposite of a whistleblower?

To put it politely, yes.

I think Barr literally has contempt for congress, outside of the legal definition.

In the same way Trump has contempt for the majority of Americans who didn’t vote for him.

Also the ones who did vote for him. Really, anyone who makes less than $500k a year, I’d say.

Lock the fucker up. Maybe then the other people in contempt will start taking it more seriously.
