If you do anything at a fuel pump other than fuel up, you are a jerk. Going into the store to get a soda, pick out some chips, go to the bathroom - move your vehicle first, asshole. The only acceptable reason to leave your vehicle at the pump while it’s not actively being fueled is because you don’t have credit or a debit card and need to pay at the cashier; then only to walk to the cashier, wait in line, pay, and walk back. Anything else makes you an asshole jerk. If you want a soda or some chips or to go to the bathroom, move your vehicle away from the fuel stations.
This goes for charging spaces too. Charging spots are fueling points too. Since he is not charging, and not walking in to pay for a charge, parking in one of the spots would make him an asshole jerk. Period, end of sentence. Other than a major medical emergency, there is no excuse for this. Not a bathroom break needed, not because he wanted a soda, nothing.
Now, imagine if someone managed to block every single fuel pump at the gas station, and no one could get gas while they did whatever jerk shit they needed to do. Would that make him an asshole? Of course it would. If it was my station, I’d start by trespassing him from the premises immediately, then if he refused to move I’d get a tow truck.
And that is exactly what I’d do to someone who blocked the supercharging stations too. If it was my station, no one could park there for longer than it takes to get a tow truck in to impound your vehicle.
And yes, I drive large vehicles, and vehicles with trailers. I own an RV and a trailer, and I use them. And you know what? I’ve never blocked a supercharger station, not a single one, not in 10 years. I’d go across the street or to a different gas station before I blocked the pumps or the superchargers, because I’m not a jerk. It’s like a handicap spot: if there isn’t any other parking available, you don’t get to park there, there’s just no parking available. That combination is really fairly small, he could have fit it in two back to back parking spots easy. This isn’t a parking job, this is someone being a jerk.

Not the first time fossil fuel assholes have blocked Tesla chargers. Other asshole fossilheads blow black smoke from their diesel engine pick-ups, called ‘rolling coal.’
