We had one of those in the shopping center parking lot when I was a kid in the 70ā€™s. It was a temporary bank while they finished building the bank. I remember going with my mom, they were giving away copies of the Man on the Moon record.

The NEH in the US does have competitive grants, so Iā€™d imagine that you have similar in the UK/Europe as well.
