That’s… insulation foam? (And the squirrel/marmot’s eyes light up?)
Yes & yes.
Makes perfect sense to me. But I don’t think this is the meaning they had in mind,
@anon3072533 's commentary below mirrors my interpretation precisely.
Maybe asynchronous protocols are a work of the Devil after all?
I’m feeling dumb…I don’t get it.
@anon67050589 beautiful foliage! Most of ours got knocked down by the 3” of rain we got last week, so now it’s looking pretty muted. Still lovely, but nothing as vibrant as those pics!
I think the church meant unload your worries. Whereas, downloading would be receiving/getting something…it’s like they’re saying “Get yourself some new worries by going online with God!” My take, anyway…
Oh, thanks! That is funny.
Instead of gawd helping you “put your troubles behind you,” they’re helping you bring your troubles front and center.
I sure have been seeing a lot of rainbows lately.
It’s interesting how the sky is brighter inside the arc. I’m sure it’s some refractive phenomenon.
I remember having my mind blown recently when I learned* that a rainbow is actually a giant circle, but from any specific point on earth you can only see the top half. So if I understand correctly rainbows are kind of like giant lens flares I guess, and perhaps the the color bands are just the effect at the “edges.” Who knows. Fucking rainbows, how do they work (would seriously like to know more…)
*could’ve totally been on BBS, could’ve totally been from you…but googling “rainbow circle” and similar doesn’t turn up many results, so I’m a little worried it was a fever dream…
