Not necessarily, no. It depends on what language is used and how it’s phrased.
To say all Trump supporters are racists would be though.
Quite. The candidate, the policy, or individual voters you may meet. En masse insults are a slur however.
I agree 100% and think that this is at its core is where the weirdness of this discussion’s coming from. Pointing out instances of racism might be seen as a slur or an insult, but that’s a totally wrong-headed way to look at it.
That is literally what many think, that being called racist or saying something they are saying and doing is racist is literally just as bad as racism.
Again, Trump supporters are actively supporting racist policies. Whether or not they think it’s racist or think it matters or thinks he’ll implement those policies are immaterial. They are still racist policy proposals and they’ve decided that it’s fine, for whatever reason.

After all, many definitions define bigotry as hating a group, such as Nazis, based on their opinions and values. Which ignores all those hating a group for skin color or ancestry or gender or sexuality or disabilities or all the rest.

I’ve started flagging the insults; this shit has gotten ridiculous.
Anything and everything ever said about Trump has been true of all past and present politicians. They are all criminal scum! If that stupid, idiotic, brain dead, complete failure as businessman GWB that killed all of those american soldiers in Iraq can be president then it absolutely does NOT matter who the fuck runs this joke of a fuck-all-citizens at any cost country! I’d asked where people in the thread were advocating that approach, so even if you did find an example of the type you mentioned, it still wouldn’t be an answer to my question.
