Ignoring the Hidden

So, it turns out that if someone has hidden their profile, you can’t ignore them. Is that a feature? Bug? Configuration issue?

Edit: found the option to manually add users under my own profile and preferences. Fair bit more work, though.

Yes, you can.

Go to your own preferences and type the user name out.
