That is fucking terrifying.

Watching the video with the driver in it, he doesn’t do much in the way of catching the toddler. Really the kid was mostly fortunate to have landed on a sheet metal roof with a relative amount of give to it, rather than the concrete below.

This thread needs a Grégory il a fait boum, stat!

Even though I know the little girl was saved, I just don’t think I can watch that…

I’ve got a 4yo so there’s no way in hell I’m watching that. Far too close to home.

I’m glad I saw the video of the child landing and surviving. When I saw the initial video the other day I doubted the report that the child survived. It didn’t seem possible. The falling video, combined with the screams of the lady filming, was absolutely horrifying.

no, don’t. it’s as terrifyingly scary as you think it might be.

Good advice. Really wish I had left that link blue.

Don’t. I wish I hadn’t. Even knowing that she survived it brought tears to my eyes and made me feel a bit sick for a minute especially while also hearing the terror and pain in the witnesses voices. I’m not even a parent… I’m glad she survived. What an awful thing to happen at all though.

Well… that was stressful!

I’m so glad she was ok.

Can’t. It’s behind the Fuckerberg sign-in barrier. Sigh.

In the US the delivery driver would likely get sued from breaking her hip.

Mine will be 38 next week, and I’m with you on this…

Not going to watch the video. Just going to go into the other room and give GirlChild a hug…
