The cult appeal (Xtianism aside) of In-N-Out is exactly that: the bogus perception of being in on an exclusive “secret”. You’re getting a better burger for the same price you’d pay for an inferior one at one of the huge chains; you can only get it in a certain geographic area; there are secret menu orders. You’re not some shmoe who’d pay the same price for a generic McDonald’s burger and can do so anywhere in the country – you’re special!
They oughta put a J.R. “Bob” Dobbs quote on there: Don’t just eat that hamburger, eat the hell out of it!

Bible verses were on their products long before the son’s airplane crashed two miles from where I was living.
And… not to Job 13:25 about this, but also none of the citations commonly mentioned have anything to do with mourning the loss of a loved one. Or how you can find comfort in their passing.
To be fair, those are some damn cheap burgers.
If I knew the truth about where they came from, or had any wisdom, I wouldn’t want them either.
