In unsealed court papers, Weinstein suggested Jennifer Aniston should be killed for complaining about him

I was speaking more generally too. Women are not considered fully equal to men in our society. Until that changes, we’ll keep having to have literally dozens of women come forward to convict a single, even slightly high profile white man.

Oh Lord, that was an Era which won’t wash entirely clean, no matter how you bleach and scrub your mind.

What I find strange – can someone help me out here? – the fireplace surround tiles … like Roman Polanski’s tarot for pre-pubescent waifs … who actually owns this room? And why is Harrison Ford posing provocatively here, of all places? Can’t he get a fully functional Love Nest in black, gold, and rich deep purple, with the round waterbed and the mirrored ceiling (skip the “pink champagne on ice”, that’s Hotel California; it ends badly for the protagonist) and all the trimmings (again, like Hotel California but just the wine-women-song, not the Eternal Damnation of California Faust) …?

The mind reels.

But hey, now dozens of women coming forward actually gets the guy convicted for a change, so… uh, progress?

No. Not really.

Those are characters from Dickens. The giveaway is the chap with the raven, Barnaby Rudge.

Mr Ford is not just beefcake, he’s cultured beefcake.

You’d have to find better app developers than Shadow or whoever.

You’d want somebody that made sure to put code quality at the very foundation of their work, because even though many code contractors are capable of delivering a “working” app that meets the code requirements & feature set, etc, there is a time & a place for demanding a level of code quality that requires in-depth knowledge of privacy, secrecy, and anonymity,

But, yes, I think this type of app would be exciting.

Ah, the honorable cat-burglar, a noble tradition. (I grew up with “It Takes a Thief”, you know.)

Tell you what: I am so pleased to be worthy of theft that I have cooked up a soups-on for your Enlightenmental delectation:

Hey, it only took… (checks notes)… 42 years since the first accusation for him to face some consequences for his actions - and he got a whole 4 months in jail for each victim… but at least it shows the system works!

oh, right, that’s the problem - the system is working as intended

(Sorry I forgot to add a sarcasm tag on my previous comment - all my rage strokes are making me forgetful…)
