Inflatable lumbar back support that makes travel a lot easier

I have the thermarest version which is essentially the same thing - had the first one for 1-15 years before I left it on a plane, have had the replacement for ten years or so now.

One thing to consider if you buy one is that they always show them blown up to full capacity - like in the picture in this article. In my experience, the optimal inflation is substantially less than that - you don’t want to create an artificial arch in your lumbar and thoracic spine, you should provide support that the aircraft seat manufacturers declined to do because it would save them 50c a unit.
