What a great strange movie that was. I’m glad my father got to see it before his vision went.

That’s like when I was doing an internship in the SOMA district of San Francisco, which at the time was just a bunch of warehouses in between small offices, and went for a walk during lunch – and spotted a small placard on the door on one of the identical nondescript warehouses reading “Skellington Productions”. The studio where Nightmare Before Christmas was filmed was right there, a block from my office.
