The party was always like this, he just knocked over the false fronts so we could see all the burning dumpsters.

They wanted to keep slaves, they wanted to keep white men on top, they wanted pointless wars for oil, on and on it goes. The names might have varied, but the US has had a party devoted to being irredeemable bastards since the very beginning and they’re still here, loud as ever.

I wish that good people didn’t have to rely on terrible people to stop the worst people from destroying democracy, but yeah, good ad I suppose.
