Sure, but not with respect to testing. Testing at this level of athleticism is standard and I have yet to see any evidence that black athletes are targeted over white athletes.

Now there are other aspects of discrimination in sports with respect to skin color, but that’s a whole other topic. I will say that l think having a preset testosterone level that someone has decided is within the “normal” range (values) for women–including elite female athletes–and thus a higher level is deemed to be an unfair advantage, is flawed and discriminatory.

And let’s not even talk about the legalization of pot and IOC!

This would be true if we knew that JK’s husband was trans. Otherwise, it may be a pretty safe assumption that he’s a relatively boring straight guy, married to a straight woman, who would indeed look nowhere near as good as Serena in a dress. I.e. the statement isn’t that someone who identifies as female but was born male phenotypically can’t pass for the sex that they ID as, but rather the opposite, that someone who was born male, and identifies as male, looks nothing like Serena in a dress.

Perhaps the problem is, from your point of view, that there’s a discussion happening of what a “mannish” body type is (rather than eschewing physical appearance for a discussion of somehow being able to know (without knowing the person) what gender they identify as)?
