The title of the song is … somewhat apropos. 
And “In a Gadda Da Vida” would probably be impossible for the, uh, less athletic contestant.
Just to be clear, these are not on actual tv here…they are made as “funny porn” and sold on subscription sites, PPV and in adult shops.

Let’s just be clear - this isn’t a “game show”, it’s a porn-themed variety show that airs at around 2am on a satellite (aka not common access) channel. The panelists are typically porn stars and other people who work in the sex industry. Furthermore, the title of the show - ‘Poko x Tate’ - is a direct parody of a very popular mainstream variety program, ‘Hoko x Tate’, which pits things that claim to be unbeatable against things that could beat it, i.e. strongest magnet vs strongest adhesive
Pitching this as a “game show” is kind of disingenous as to its true nature as a specialty show on a specialty channel, and nowhere near indicative of the common television shows broadcast within Japan.

Thankyou! Most of what westerners characterise as “japanese game shows” are actually what we’d call ‘variety shows’.
Also, IRT the OP, it’s pretty common in Japan for challenges to revolve around or involve karaoke. Two example that come to mind are karaoke on a roller coaster:
And the other that I can’t find a copy of (many of these things are only findable searching with Japanese search terms) is one where they got a pop star (I think it was someone from SMAP) and locked him in a karaoke room until he could achieve a perfect 100 score (some of the karaoke machines will grade your performance like rockband). It took him something like 20+ hours, but he did it.
Seems like a happy ending.
On the one hand, the Orientalism of the “Japan is so wacky” meme gets pretty tiresome, especially when you live here for a while and realise how decidedly un-wacky Japan generally is.
On the other, when Japanese pop culture gets wacky, it does get really wacky. And the pervy stuff is really excellently pervy in lots of inventive ways.

This is not a TV show that’s broadcast on Japanese TV. This is an adult video that’s produced in the same style as your typical Japanese variety show.
No, it’s not real. It’s an adult video made to be in the style of a typical variety TV show.
Learning the guys were porn performers helps lessen the apparent meanness, in that maybe the guys were playing up for the camera. But in general, having someone be sexual while a panel laughs mockingly at them strikes me as cruelty.
