I’m surprised that there are so many tunes. Does each station have its own tune?
I can’t speak with precision but it looks like a lot of them do.
I couldn’t find any lists of them in English but a couple sites look promising:

While some stations have their own unique departure tunes, most melodies are shared by multiple stations. Each platform has its designated departure tune, so in a station with many platforms, you’ll be able to hear when you’re missing your train.
Here’s an example of the tunes played on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line (recreated on MIDI, but pretty close to the real thing). The video shows the station(s) that play each tune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lgv6h7xb5gE
