Jeff Goldblum can't cook, hosts cooking show anyway

I love Jeff Goldblum, but this

Regarding the trick of ripening an avocado:

  • put the avocado in a paper bag with a banana and an apple for 2 days,

I can do that one better:

  • put the avocado on the kitchen counter for 2 days.

Saves the time and expense of the banana and the apple and the paper bag!
